the Bianco di Pitigliano, one of the oldest Italian DOC quality seals of wines, with a straw-yellow colouring and a fresh flavour;
the Sovana DOC Rosso, younger, however owing to its contentful taste, wine with quality seal, already recognized;
and finally still the Olio Extravergine di Oliva - a full-green and smelling native olive oil extra -, from olives, which are picked by hand by our farmers and pressed in the oil mill coldly.
